Most online reviews available on the Internet have one or more significant disadvantages:

  • Most online land valuation tools have one or more major disadvantages:
    Nearly all provide an accuracy of only +/- 15%. A result like “Your land is worth between CHF 850,000 and 1,150,000” is not particularly helpful.
