from other apartment building valuations?

Most online apartment building valuations have one or more major drawbacks:

  • Almost all valuations have an accuracy of only +/- 15%. A result like “Your building is worth between CHF 850,000 and 1,150,000” is not particularly helpful.
  • The ratings are based on implausible and often incorrect information provided by the user (e.g. incorrect living space or incorrect construction quality). This can result in completely incorrect rating results.
