How does immopreis.ch differ from other online reviews?

Most online reviews available on the Internet have one or more significant disadvantages:

  • Almost all valuations have an accuracy level of +/- 15%. A result such as: “Your property is worth between CHF 850,000 and 1,150,000” is of course not very helpful.
  • The ratings are based on implausible and often incorrect information provided by the user (e.g. incorrect living space or incorrect construction quality). This can result in completely incorrect rating results.
  • The valuation models take into account far too few price-relevant factors (e.g. standard of finish or specific features such as views, swimming pool or sauna). This also results in incorrect valuation results.
